A number of years ago, Lanell Drummer was given a word that she was created to be a catalyst in the movement from captivity to freedom.  That God would send her before nations to light the beginning fires of revival that will bring deliverance and set the captives free.  This is the primary mission of Liberty Rain to bring liberty to the captives. 

In the last few years, God has set the focus on a great wave of revival coming to the Ring of Fire located in the Pacific.  This region includes areas of North America, South America, East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
